Due to COVID-19 and slower shipping times, some orders may take longer.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Dawnsonville, GA. Once your order is ready for pickup we will send you an email with instructions.
Shipping is through USPS. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please purchase Route Insurance so you have the option to file a claim through Route (if applicable).
Order Status
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Krista@myhometownts.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for any damage due to user error. Please follow wash and care instructions.
